This Fall, our friends at Workstead, finished their fist full hotel project now open in the Hudson Valley. Workstead is a design studio, founded in 2009 by Stefanie Brechbuehler and Robert Highsmith, located in Brooklyn New York and the Hudson Valley, where they focus on architectural and interior design, lighting, furniture, and exhibitions. We have looked at the Workstead in a past post but recently they completed a charming 27-room hotel in Hudson, NY called the Rivertown Lodge.

Since we last looked at the work of Allied Maker, they have developed a few new items. In particular, the Arc Globe. This piece was recently specified for one of the Soho House's new locations across the pond at 76 Dean Street in London and is on display in New York at Colony - 324 Canal Street.
