We are excited to announce that lot 07 remains the last available lot at Hudson Woods. This is the first Hudson Woods house constructed and it was held by us for the duration of the project. The house is furnished and appointed by our team and includes augmentations above and beyond many of the other Hudson Woods houses, including substantial landscaping work that has matured, a custom planter and firepit installation, a custom laundry room and other built-in shelving around the house, shades on select windows, etc.

The Catskill Center is a wonderful organization dedicated protecting and fostering the environmental, cultural and economic well-being of the Catskill Region. Since 1969 they have led the effort to protect more than 700,000 acres of the catskill park and forest preserve.

Since launching Hudson Woods 3 years ago, the community around the Catskills has grown and evolved tremendously. The growth is spurred by the local culture around food and drink. Access to local farms and fresh produce creates the perfect conditions for new restaurants. A number of breweries, wineries and restaurants have joined the fray adding to venerable destinations already in place. Thrillist put together a list of 16 places worth a sojourn. We wanted to share the list with you.

With Spring in full swing and summer around the corner, the time of year is here again to hit some of the best hiking trails the Hudson Valley has to offer. Our friends at Visit Vortex assembled 3 great videos of their favorite hikes in the area, which can be seen here below. Our friends at Propellerheads Aerial Photography stopped by Hudson Woods last week to capture some incredible aerial photography of the site and surrounding area during the incredible fall foliage season. The photos are quite stunning and in several you can see the Catskills rising just above the tree horizon.
