As many of you may know, Hudson Woods is envisioned and built by the team at Lang Architecture. We believe that better design is innovative, useful, easy, honest, lasting and essential. But most importantly, it improves how we feel, think, interact and ultimately live our lives.
This is why we recently launched a new platform called Brick & Wonder. Influenced by our Hudson Woods experience, we decided to create an improved experience of real estate online. Brick & Wonder approaches real estate from the perspective of the architects, designers, visionary owners, craftsmen and builders who come together to envision, design and build homes for improving our quality of life.
We see ourselves as one tiny part of a burgeoning movement focused on honest design and better living. Together, we believe in uncompromised, principled building, true craftsmanship, smart processes and locally-sourced materials.
As our first initiative we partnered with Architizer to assemble a selection of Brick & Wonder homes to feature on their website every other week. This week Architizer is taking a unique look at a property located in Brooklyn Heights. The property is a Greek Revival townhome with rich heritage and architectural beauty that has fallen on tough times. Along with the Leslie J. Garfield Brokers, Brick & Wonder helps to envision a renovation of the home and what life could be like at the property.
Below is a preview of several Brick & Wonder collections highlighted by Architizer. You can sign up here to receive additional news and perspectives from Brick & Wonder.
